The IT Department is seeking a motivated Operations Analyst Co-op who will be responsible for monitoring system health, developing automation scripts, and collaborating with IT teams to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
- Monitoring and Logging: Implement and maintain monitoring and logging solutions to ensure the health and performance of applications and infrastructure.
- Automation: Develop and maintain automation scripts for deployment, testing, monitoring, patching, and other operational tasks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, IT staff, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and deployment of applications.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support for application development environments, including troubleshooting issues and resolving incidents.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, deployment procedures, and user guides.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure that systems and applications comply with security policies and standards, including monitoring security vulnerabilities and applying security patches.
- Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Assist in the setup, maintenance, and improvement of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps.
- Software Administration: Help managing third-party software like Salesforce, Epicor Configurator, RF-Smart, and VShell.
- Learning and Adaptability: Complete self-paced training and guidance on using new tools and technologies as required.
