Customer Service Account Coordinator - True Retail Chains

The Customer Service Account Coordinator provides professional support to our outside sales representatives and works closely with them to achieve customer order specifications and satisfaction. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills, and experience with all Microsoft Office applications.

Requirements

• Communicate with customer corporate contacts through email and phone
• Provide professional support to outside sales representatives
• Work with Department Pricing Analyst on customer price quotes
• Collaborate with Demand Planning and Scheduling departments
• Perform accurate and timely processing of customer orders
• Work with Traffic, Distribution, and Invoicing teams
• Collaborate and communicate with key customer contacts
• Process and send customer reports
• Maintain organized informational spreadsheets and documents
• Assist sales representatives with coordinating customer equipment returns
