Job Description
Colony West is hiring an Outside Service Supervisor to provide superior service to the clubs managed by Troon. The ideal candidate will have a general knowledge of golf and be able to pass a basic assessment. Responsibilities include supervising outside service staff, promoting golf and club activities, and providing hands-on assistance to golfers.
Requirements
- Supervise, schedule and support outside service staff
- Promote golf and club activities
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs
- Provide hands-on assistance to golfers
- Ensure post-round services are delivered
- Coordinate with other golf operations staff
- Monitor and verify employee time reporting
- Respond professionally to Guest inquiries
