Under the general supervision of the Manager, Benefits Operations, the Benefits Analyst plays a key role in benefits reconciliations, reporting and analytics, process improvements, system testing, and ensuring benefits compliance.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in benefits analysis, design, and/or benefits administration
- Experience with HRIS and Benefits Administration systems
- Experience designing and creating reports and analytics
- Experience working in a multi-state and multi-site environment
