Director of Operations, APAC

Trimble is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Operations to lead and optimize our Asia-Pacific (APAC) manufacturing operations. This role will be based remotely with international travel required. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operational excellence, supply chain management, quality assurance, and team leadership for our APAC region.

Requirements

• Develop and implement strategic operational plans for the APAC region
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all operational functions
• Collaborate with global operations, engineering, product management, and sales teams
• Manage and provide direct oversight of the Trimble team located at our contract manufacturing partner in Ayutthaya, Thailand
• Oversee all manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to Trimble's quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements
• Implement best practices in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies
• Manage production planning, inventory control, and logistics to optimize material flow and meet customer demand
• Collaborate with global supply chain teams to optimize raw material sourcing, supplier relationships, and logistics within the APAC region
• Ensure that all products manufactured in the APAC region meet Trimble's stringent quality standards and relevant industry certifications
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operations professionals in the APAC region
