HR Advisor (8 month FTC)

The HR Advisor will contribute to the Tezos ecosystem by managing the full employee lifecycle, driving engagement, retention, and development initiatives, and optimizing HR processes.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an HR Advisor, experienced HR Assistant or in similarly relevant role
• CIPD Level 3 at a minimum or equivalent HR qualification
• Proven skills working within a fast-growing or rapidly changing environment
