Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to modernize payroll processes, improve reporting, and introduce more efficient ways of working in a multi-site organization with diverse employee groups.
Requirements
- 10+ years of payroll experience
- Deep experience with ADP (system implementations or transitions)
- Manufacturing or complex operational environment experience
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Business-minded, solution-oriented, and comfortable influencing change
- Payroll certification (PCP, CPM) is an asset
