Job Description
We are seeking a Payroll Manager to lead Canadian payroll across multiple provinces, pay groups, and employee types, and drive automation and simplification. The role requires 10+ years of payroll experience, deep ADP knowledge, and business-minded skills.
Requirements
- 10+ years of payroll experience
- Deep, hands-on experience with ADP
- Manufacturing or complex operational environment experience
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Business-minded, solution-oriented, and comfortable influencing change
- Payroll certification (PCP, CPM) is an asset but not required
