Job Description
This FPGA Embedded Software Engineer position involves providing technical expertise and execution for multi-year, complex computing product assessments, designs, implementations, and support. The role requires adapting to new environments, contributing across the project lifecycle, and providing process and product documentation. Strong communication, detail-oriented skills, and proficiency with various embedded environments are essential.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent
- 5+ years in software and firmware engineering, particularly FPGA
- Exceptional Communication skills
- Proven ability to complete software and firmware projects on-time and within budget
- Attention to detail, including design documentation, data, and other collateral
- Technical ability to develop in various environments including Linux, Windows, and embedded environments
- Scripting experience – bash, Zsh, Powershell, Python
