Production Supervisor

As a Production Supervisor, you will lead a team of operators, technicians, and workers to ensure smooth production operations and high safety and quality standards. You will provide leadership, guidance, and support to production workers, coordinate production workflows, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of three to five years of experience in a production or food manufacturing environment
• At least one to two years in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control procedures, and inventory management
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
