Job Description
As a Production Supervisor at TreeHouse Foods, you will lead a team of operators, technicians, and workers, focusing on maximizing productivity, minimizing downtime, and maintaining high safety and quality standards. You will provide leadership, guidance, and support to production workers, coordinate production workflows, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three to five years of experience in a production or food manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control procedures, and inventory management
