Maintenance Manager

TreeHouse Foods is a leading manufacturer of private label packaged foods and beverages. We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to provide leadership and strategic direction for the production maintenance group at our Carrollton, TX plant. The role involves ensuring a safety-first culture, leading the maintenance department, and driving standards and consistency across the department.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• Five years or more in a technical management or supervisory role within food manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of electronics, controls, mechanical and electrical components found in food manufacturing machinery as well as proper safety standards for food production equipment
• Experience in creating, executing, and monitoring manufacturing technical standards and procedures
• Knowledge of lean and six sigma techniques and tools
• Experience in the use of a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP and maintenance management software
