Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead our production maintenance group at our Hanover, PA plant. The successful candidate will provide leadership and strategic direction to deliver a world-class operation, drive standards and consistency, and ensure a safety-first culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Five years or more in a technical management or supervisory role within food manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of electronics, controls, mechanical and electrical components found in food manufacturing machinery
- Experience in creating, executing, and monitoring manufacturing technical standards and procedures
- Knowledge of lean and six sigma techniques and tools
- Experience in the use of a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to successfully run a maintenance department
- Demonstrated problem solving, leadership, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP and maintenance management software
