Job Description
trawa is seeking a Student Assistant in Sales Development to contribute to their growth by raising awareness of their services among companies and building relationships. The role involves identifying and contacting potential clients, conducting initial conversations, generating leads, scheduling appointments, and managing data in HubSpot. It's a great opportunity to gain experience in a Climate-Tech startup and shape the future of the energy industry.
Requirements
- Advanced stages of Bachelor's degree or in a Master's program (Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Energy Management, etc.)
- First experience in the energy market and in (telephone) sales, ideally in a B2B environment
- Experience using HubSpot or other CRM tools is a plus
- Ability to strike up conversations, understand needs, and present solutions
- Independent, structured work style and high self-motivation
- German at a native level and English at level B2
