Job Description
Process Implementation Manager responsible for planning, designing and executing process review, implementation and refinement across departments. Key responsibilities include evaluating existing business processes, designing new processes, monitoring execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading workshops and training sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience (5+ years) in business process management, operations improvement or related project management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in process mapping and modeling tools
- Familiarity with continuous improvement frameworks
- Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills
