Senior Scrum Master

EMPIRE GROUP is seeking a full-time Scrum Master for their office in Phase 7, Bahria town, Islamabad, Pakistan. The role focuses on coaching a high-performing team to deliver high-value increments, removing impediments, and fostering an agile environment. The ideal candidate will be experienced in Scrum development processes and able to adapt methodologies to project needs.

Requirements

• Coaching the team members in self-management and cross-functionality
• Helping the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value Increments
• Causing the removal of impediments to the Scrum Team’s progress
• Helping Project manager in finding techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management
• Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items
• Helping Product Owner in establishing empirical product planning for a complex environment
• Helping organization in leading, training, and coaching the organization in its Scrum adoption
• Helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact an empirical approach for complex work
