Mid Scrum Master

This is a full-time Scrum Master opportunity at EMPIRE GROUP, a leading translation and interpretation company located in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. The Scrum Master will develop and lead a high-performing team, focusing on high-value Increments and removing impediments. They will act as a guiding light for the teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum processes and contributing to the implementation of best practices.

Requirements

• Coaching the team members in self-management and cross-functionality
• Helping the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value Increments
• Causing the removal of impediments to the Scrum Team’s progress
• Ensuring that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox
• Helping Project manager in finding techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management
• Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items
• Helping Product Owner in establishing empirical product planning for a complex environment
• Helping organization in leading, training, and coaching the organization in its Scrum adoption
• Helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact an empirical approach for complex work
• Use SCRUM development processes.
