Job Description
Transdev Services, Inc. is seeking a Safety and Training Manager for its Boston Public Schools transportation contract. This role involves administering safety and training programs, working with trainers to deliver driver training, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The manager will respond to customer complaints, maintain training schedules, and investigate accidents. A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license are required.

- Supervises scheduling and delivery of training programs.
- Develops and provides refresher training to current employees.
