Job Description
Transdev is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the operations of the Transportation Services team, working with both the client and employee teams. The role involves coaching, mentoring, disciplinary action, and ensuring compliance with processes and training. Transdev provides services for autonomous driving testing and development, offering competitive compensation.
Requirements
- Supervise the daily operation of the Operations Supervisor
- Drive special projects and programs
- Communicate with the senior operations manager and client
- Coordinate and monitor subsidiary activities
- Ensure daily vehicle driver safety evaluations
- Manage and administer pay program for subordinate employees
- Investigate and respond to unsafe locations
- Develop and schedule program work plans
- Maintain records and perform clerical work
- Maintain confidentiality of information
