Job Description
Transdev is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee shifts, coordinate client operations, and ensure compliance with standards. This role involves coaching, mentoring, and addressing operational issues, along with driver safety evaluations and performance management. Requirements
- Supervise the daily activity of the Operations Supervisor (OS)
- Drive special projects and programs completion assigned by the Senior Operations Manager (SOM)
- Attend client meetings and communicate with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with processes, training, and system emergency responses.
- Coordinate, monitor and supervise subordinates.
- Perform vehicle driver safety evaluations and manage pay program.
- Investigate and respond to unsafe situations.
- Develop and schedule program work plans
- Maintain routine records
- Responds to service problems including outages, rerouting, accidents and incidents
