The Director of Training and Compliance is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and oversight of all training and regulatory compliance programs across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Transportation Management, Organizational Development, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training and compliance leadership, preferably in transportation or logistics
- Deep understanding of DOT, FTA, OSHA, and other relevant regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with LMS platforms and digital training tools
- Strong leadership and project management abilities
- Experience in computer databases and MS Word software
