Job Description
This Salesforce Business Analyst role involves leading requirements elicitation with business stakeholders, translating them into clear user stories, and ensuring adherence to requirements within a collaborative and agile environment. The role focuses on process optimization, sprint support, and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- Salesforce knowledge with preference for Experience Cloud exposure
- Strong business process modelling with BPMN
- Proven delivery of user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability
- Hands on with requirements management tools, ideally Azure DevOps
- Workshop facilitation and stakeholder communication
- Exposure to agile environments and multi vendor programs
- Experience working for Government Departments (preferred)
