Ingredient Buyer

Tovala is seeking an Ingredient Buyer to manage daily and weekly purchasing needs, communicate with vendors, and review inventory to ensure smooth production. The role involves working closely with the Purchasing & Procurement team, Production, Inventory, FSQA, Culinary, and Menu teams to review inventory, purchase strategically, and coordinate on time and in full deliveries.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a food procurement role
• Experience in production environment or large scale catering operation preferred
• Proven experience in the purchasing and buying function
• Ability to use MSOffice and Google Suites
• Ability to work in refrigerated coolers and freezers
• Ability to kneel, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
