Job Description
Tonkean is a fully customizable process experience platform focused on automating legal processes through AI-powered portal creation. The Implementation Architect role focuses on deep discovery and design to translate legal challenges into impactful solutions, acting as a mentor to Implementation Engineers. This involves understanding customer processes, translating them into designs, and ensuring a great employee experience. The role is ideal for legal operations, consulting, or process improvement professionals.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in legal operations, consulting, solutions architecture, or process improvement
- Experience running workshops and stakeholder interviews
- Proven ability to create Process Requirements Documents, process flow diagrams, and solution designs
- Experience delivering and vetting estimates per delivery task
- Understanding of enterprise legal tech stacks and transformation best practices
- Bachelor’s degree (technical degree a plus)
