Job Description
Toledo Tool & Die is seeking an HR Generalist to support our continued growth. As an HR Generalist, you will act as an employee and business champion, working closely with the HR Manager to assess and anticipate HR-related needs. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong work ethic.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Human Resources
- Minimum 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruiting with an hourly workforce
- PHR or SPHR Certification (preferred)
- Prior experience in a manufacturing setting (strongly preferred)
