Job Description
The HR Generalist will provide comprehensive human resources support across multiple functions, with a strong focus on full cycle recruiting and organizational staffing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience); OR
- Five (5) years' experience in the HR field; OR any appropriate combination of education and experience.
- Experience in a unionized environment and working with collective bargaining agreements is preferred.
- Construction industry experience is preferred.
- Professional in Human Resources certification (SHRM/PHR) is preferred.
