Job Description
TM Associates is seeking a Maintenance Tech to operate and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment within the properties they serve. The role involves ensuring safe and efficient heating, hot water, and air-conditioning systems. Supervisors and team members would be directed by the Site Manager to provide assistance and oversight of building maintenance tasks.
Requirements
- Maintain heaters, air-conditioners, and other equipment
- Perform necessary maintenance and repairs on apartments
- Perform inspection and reporting duties
- Clean and maintain buildings and grounds
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to communicate in English
- Reliable vehicle transportation
