Job Description
TM Associates is seeking a Maintenance Person to provide heating, cooling, and maintenance services to resident properties. This role involves ensuring the safety and efficiency of buildings, performing maintenance and repairs, and assisting the Site Manager with daily tasks. The company emphasizes a supportive and positive work environment.
Requirements
- Maintain heaters, air-conditioners, and other equipment in the buildings.
- Perform all necessary maintenance and repairs on apartments.
- Perform all necessary work to turn over units as they are vacated.
- Report any health or safety issues to the Site Manager.
- Regularly inspect buildings and grounds.
- Perform physical duties to correct emergencies.
