We're looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Sales Leader with experience in Construction Tech to join Timescapes as our Director of Sales, ANZ in either our Sydney or Melbourne offices. In this role, you’ll lead the evolution of our sales strategy and execution, win cornerstone customers, and lead a lean, focused team as we scale from early traction to sustained market presence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles in the construction industry
- 5 years specifically managing sales teams in the Australian market
- Deep familiarity with selling to or through general contractors, project owners, or subcontractors
- Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking and a passion for winning
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful sales strategies for high growth B2B software companies at the scaling stage
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies
- CRM proficiency
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends and make data-driven decisions
