Site Reliability Engineer, Cloud Infrastructure - USDS (Multiple Positions)

We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer, Cloud Infrastructure to design, develop, implement, and test automation tools for cloud-based infrastructure system management and maintenance. The successful candidate will participate in technical operations and rotations, conduct performance tests, and maintain services to meet service-level-agreements (SLAs) or service-level-objectives (SLOs).

Requirements

• Design, develop, implement, and test automation tools for cloud-based infrastructure system management and maintenance
• Participate in technical operations and rotations in response to performance and reliability issues
• Conduct performance tests to find and address system bottlenecks
• Maintain services to meet service-level-agreements (SLAs) or service-level-objectives (SLOs)
• Practice sustainable user support, incident response and postmortems, performing root cause analysis of incidents to influence future product design and response activities
