Site Reliability Engineer – USDS (Multiple Positions)

TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to provide support for large-scale, fault-tolerant systems and deliver tools to improve reliability, scalability, and operability of services. The ideal candidate will have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, and 1-3 years of experience in site reliability engineering, system monitoring, and data services operations.

Requirements

• Provide site reliability engineering support to ensure highest level of availability of large-scale, fault-tolerant systems
• Deliver tools/software to improve the reliability, scalability and operability of services
• Measure and monitor availability, latency and overall service health
• Practice sustainable incident response and postmortems
• Analyze error logs to identify issues and work with service owners to resolve issues
