Lead Data Scientist - TikTok Short Video

The TikTok User Growth Team is looking for a Lead Data Scientist to tap into the product's growth potential and drive user growth through technology. The team works closely with business, product, and operation colleagues to explore user growth methodologies and strengthen the business's growth capacity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields, with 5+ years of work experience
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as SQL, Python and R; mastery of analytical methods including regression, classification, clustering, machine learning, A/B testing and causal inference
• Excellent communication and logical thinking skills, with structured thinking, acute data insight, rigorous attention to detail and a strong sense of curiosity
• Strong organizational and collaboration capabilities, self-motivated work attitude and resilience
