Job Description
The Data Scientist will conduct deep analysis into user behavior, product features and content ecosystem to generate business insights for actionable improving initiatives. They will work closely with cross-function teams to improve user experience and fulfill growth of TikTok in all different regions.
Requirements
- Master's degree or above in statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, or related fields
- 2+ years of data analysis experience
- Proficient in quantitative analysis, solid foundation in statistics, familiar with A/B testing, causal inference, machine learning models, etc.
- Proficient in SQL, familiar with one or more tools in Python/R
- Strong logical thinking ability, self-driven, and strong cross-team communication and collaboration skills
