The Creator Operations Manager will be responsible for building, activating, and retaining a healthy creator community on TikTok LIVE, designing and executing scalable operational strategies to empower creators to thrive, and ensuring sustainable growth and high-quality content supply.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in creator operations, content operations, influencer management, digital marketing, or related fields in a platform or agency environment.
• Data-driven mindset with solid analytical skills; experience with performance tracking and funnel optimization.
• Strong operational and project management skills with the ability to execute programs at scale.
• Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish
