As a Creator Operations Manager, you will be responsible for building, activating, and retaining a healthy creator community on TikTok LIVE. You will design and execute scalable operational strategies that empower creators to thrive, while ensuring sustainable growth and high-quality content supply.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in content or user operations, creator/influencer management, or digital marketing within a platform or agency environment.
- Proven ability to design and scale creator or content programs.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset; experience with funnel analysis and retention modeling.
- Track record of success in managing creator/influencer lifecycles and engagement strategies.
- Hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken, to communicate with external stakeholders in LATAM.
