Requirements
- Experience in digital advertising, ad sales, or brand/performance marketing.
- Experience managing client solutions teams, with proven success in talent development and scaling teams.
- Strong ability to analyze data, translate insights into actionable strategies, and assess campaign performance effectively.
- Proven ability to proactively troubleshoot, escalate through the proper channels
- Proactive attitude with excellent project management, stakeholder management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling business narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
