Diversion Clinician

Tides Family Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Clinician to join their Believe in Making Results (BMR) program, a youth diversion initiative for ages 10-14 and their families. This role focuses on enhancing family functioning, meeting basic needs, and preventing out-of-home placements through a home and community-based delivery model, emphasizing flexibility, family-centered care, and a strengths-based approach.

Requirements

• Provide supervision and support to bachelor’s level behavioral assistants.
• Oversee the development and implementation of individualized recovery plans.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including trauma screening.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the TFS Electronic Health Record system.
• Collaborate with community resources and service providers.
