Clinician

Tides Family Services is seeking a Clinician to provide intensive home and community-based therapy to children at risk of involvement in the child welfare and juvenile justice systems. The role emphasizes inclusivity, respect, and trauma-informed practices, aiming to empower clients and families through evidence-based techniques and a strengths-based approach. The organization is a nonprofit dedicated to community-based support services for children, adolescents, and families.

Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in human services, healthcare, and other non-profit agencies.
• Demonstrates a safe, strengths-based approach to working with youth and families.
• Strong crisis management and problem-solving skills.
• Master's degree from an accredited school in social work (Required)
• Valid driver’s license and registered/inspected vehicle – Required
• Bilingual; English, Spanish, Portuguese, Creole (Preferred)
