Sales Representative (POS Device Sales)

At Tide, we help SMEs save time and money by offering business accounts and related banking services, as well as a comprehensive set of administrative solutions. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for targeting potential members who have downloaded the Tide app but have not signed up, and persuading them to become full-fledged Tide Members. You will work with the KYC team to ensure that members have provided all the correct documentation and troubleshoot any issues that come their way. You will also work cross-functionally with other departments to understand upcoming product launches and pitch these to our members.
