Job Description
Tide is seeking a Lead Product Manager to join their Member Accession Marketing (MAM) team. The role focuses on attracting new members through best-in-class onboarding and helping members benefit from Tide's business and administrative solutions. This role involves designing onboarding experiences, driving product discovery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale acquisitions and deliver value to customers. It's a fully remote position based in Serbia.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management
- Hands-on involvement throughout the full product development lifecycle
- Strategic and execution-focused with proven ability to drive product improvements
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting strategies
- Excellent communication skills, including storytelling and articulating value to various audiences
