Job Description
Tide is seeking a Product Leader to join their rapidly growing Member Accession Marketing (MAM) team in Bulgaria. This role will focus on attracting small businesses to Tide by providing onboarding experiences and guiding them toward adopting additional products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-first product development and experience in scaling platform products.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management
- Experience in iterative product discovery and delivery
- Strategic and execution-focused, with a proven ability to drive product improvements
- Excellent communication skills
- Outcome-driven with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences
