Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in fintech, online trading, or financial services
- Native-level Japanese with strong English communication skills
- Proven experience in campaign execution, digital marketing, and GTM strategy
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling ability in Japanese
- Strong knowledge of Japan’s social media and digital advertising landscape
- Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using analytics tools
