Learning & Development Specialist

As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will design and develop learning paths and interactive e-learning modules, and work closely with colleagues to create relevant and up-to-date content. You will analyze target groups, choose the right approach and technology, and continuously improve the Thinkwise Academy.

Requirements

• Experience in developing e-learning and blended learning solutions
• Knowledge of tools and technologies for content creation
• Affinity with low-code platforms is a plus
• Strong written skills and an eye for detail
• Competencies such as teamwork, result-oriented, creativity, and ambition
