We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to help us turn learning into a mindset, not a project. As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will provide direction for the growth of our people, develop a vision for learning, and connect strategy with practice.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources Development, or organizational development
- Hands-on and able to translate strategy into action
- Project-based, structured, and able to involve others in plans
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Ability to build something new and see learning as the engine of growth
