The Director of Innovative Processing leads the technical and operational processing of all undergraduate applications to UT Austin. As a key decision-maker within the Office of Admissions, the Director manages large-scale systems operations, quality control, and data accuracy across all platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution
- 5-10 years of admission processing and operations experience
- 2-3 years of increasing responsibility in higher education administration
- Demonstrated experience with a CRM, OCR business applications, Microsoft Office products
- Experience working with both domestic and international documents and related processes
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with others in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple overlapping projects, and to work independently
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills and professional demeanor
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced work environment under the pressure of deadlines
