Pharmacy Retail Patient Services Associate

The Retail Pharmacy Patient Services Associate works collaboratively to ensure safe dispensing of medications to guests through in person interactions or via home delivery.

Requirements

• Maintains compliance with HIPAA policies and regulations.
• Actively listens and operates computer systems to accurately obtain necessary demographic information and ensure appropriate and accurate billing/payment.
• Collects payment from guests or processes payments on file, as appropriate.
