Requirements

• At least 2 years of coaching/teaching experience in sports programs for athletes of various skill levels
• Ability to adapt coaching techniques to different skill levels of all age groups
• Neat appearance and professional manner
• Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, predominantly after-school and weekends
• Ability to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Current CPR/FIRST AID certifications or willingness to obtain within a specified period
• Passion for sports and athlete development
