Job Description
The Pickleball Instructor will focus on developing and enhancing the pickleball teaching and coaching program at the YMCA, providing leadership and ensuring a safe environment for participants.
Requirements
- Provide a safe and welcoming environment to members, participants, and guests
- Foster strong sportsmanship behaviors
- Enforce member expectations
- Instruct pickleball lessons, clinics, and drill sessions
- Evaluate equipment and report any need to fix or replace items
- Clean the general pickleball areas
- Attend staff meetings and trainings as required
- Ensures compliance with all Crossroads YMCA policies and standard operating procedures
