Aquatics Technician - Hurst Aquatics Centers

The Aquatics Technician is responsible for assisting the General Manager with the Aquatics operations of the Hurst Aquatics Centers aquatic parks.

Requirements

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or Aquatics Facility Operator (AFO) certification or earned within 60 days of hire with in-house class
• Mechanically oriented with experience in commercial pool pump room operations and pool chemicals
• Experience and success in customer service and leadership
• Action-oriented personality with a 'get it done' attitude and proficiency for efficiency
• 2-3 years' experience of aquatics facility operations is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong leadership skills
• Detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skills
• Ability to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast paced environment
