Property Accounting Intern

We're looking for an analytically inclined individual to add value to the Property Accounting team. This position will focus on supporting property-level accounting processes, financial reporting, and analysis to help ensure accurate financial performance and compliance across Scion’s communities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong interest in property accounting, real estate, or corporate finance.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; exposure to property management systems (e.g., Entrata) is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment.
• Adaptable, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and continuous learning.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be willing to work full-time for the full 10-week term of the program, beginning June 8, 2026.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required. We do not offer sponsorship for this position.
